How to Uninstall (remove) the Incredibar Virus by Mystart — Permanently! Malwarebytes download link store.malwarebytes.org Incredibar is a Virus that embeds itself to run as your homepage. It replaces Google’s search engine with their own, complete with their ads and tends to slow down your computer. As this virus will not harm your computer, it does leave open the possibilities that your computer can be corrupted by more dangerous viruses. Removing this virus is simple and anyone can do it. Just follow these instructions. 1) Click your start button and go into your control panel. 2) Click on Programs and Features 3) Scroll down to Inceditbar and click uninstall 4) Next scroll down to webaccess and click uninstall This will remove the programs from your hard drive, but we are not done. 1) In your browser type in — about:config and hit return 2) A List of Files will appear and scroll down to Keyword.url and go to the end and right click and delete the increditbar info—leave it blank 3) Next go to Google or any webpage. 4) Click on Tools and go to the options menu 5) From there you can type in any webpage such as Google.com You are complete, but just to make sure, go to Malwarebyes and download a free trail to remove any additional viruses that you may have. Nothing happens when I type about:config. Can you help with that? I removed my start incredibar but my pc is very slow now.
Are you working with Firefox?
about:config is for the Firefox browser. In my opinion, Firefox helps me surf through the internet faster than explorer and Chrome…but that’s my opinion…
When was the last time you ran a scan disk and defrag on your computer?
This was helpful and removed it from firefox, but I use Google Chrome and it didn’t remove it from that. Do you know how to get rid of it from google chrome? Doesn’t this mean I still have the virus and it will affect my computer/how fast it runs? Thanks!
Go to the Wrench symbol on the right side of the Google Chrome on the tool bar. click on Extensions and remove the Incredivar-EN games by clicking the little trash can(you may have to wave over it with the mouse to see it-its to the right). Next go to History and remove the incredibar by clicking on the link and a check mark should appear, and then click remove. Next go into settings and go to manage search engines and make google your default webpage and remove mystart by incredibar.
next go on start-up click on set pages and add google and remove mystart(incredibar). this should help you remove this virus….but did you use use the Malwarebytes to remove any other viruses?

I had done all that already, but it was still coming up. I have now run the Malware bytes program and removed what it found. When I start up chrome is goes straight to google (few), but when I open a tab in that same window it goes to MyStart Incredibar. this is so frustrating hah!

Hi. I have done everything in this video and more. I have also removed all plug-ins and add-ons. I’m using Mozilla. It does not come as my homepage anymore. I changed my home page manually. Here is the problem: When I create a new tab, it goes to the Mystart home page instead of my homepage. Any thoughts?

I have a question, I cant find “Webaccess” but instead I find something called “Web Assistant 2.0.0.455 by Incredibar, Is it the same thing?
